On Saturday, April 21, 2012, please join Venice & Friends at Santa Monica High School's Barnum Hall for our 9th Annual For The Arts Concert. Venice will be joined by Samohi's student musicians, and by special guests, including Glen Phillips from Toad the Wet Sprocket, and others TBA.
Venice will perform two shows at Witzend in Venice Beach next weekend, on January 6 and 7.
We've just returned from a short but great tour in Holland. Â We debuted three brand new Venice songs during the tour, and we were thrilled with the overwhelming response they received. Â You can catch some great videos and comments on our Facebook page.....check it out!

HOLLAND TOUR IN NOVEMBER:
I'm very happy to announce that on November 9-16, Venice will be doing a short tour in Holland. This will be our last performance in the Netherlands before Mark, Kipp and Pat leave for their third leg of the Roger Waters tour of "The Wall" in January, 2012. We're still working on adding another show or two, but for the moment, the confirmed dates are as follows:

Attention all Facebook users! There's been an upsetting development in the way that site is run, and the unfortunate result is that most of you are no longer receiving Venice's posts. What they've done affects all band pages, movie pages, book pages, etc. Anything "promotional," as opposed to personal.
Let me start by apologizing for the long silence. I came home from the awesome Ven-ish tour and went right into the studio with a new artist, Christian Dupree, that hired me to produce and engineer his record. I've been working countless hours, while looking forward to diving back into writing and recording new Venice songs.....finally!
Last night at the O2 Stadium in London, Pink Floyd singer and guitarist David Gilmour made a surprise appearance singing "Comfortably Numb" at Roger Waters' "The Wall" show, and Kipp Lennon harmonized with him.
